
Gatorz hired me to do an eCommerce Growth Audit for their Shopify Plus website. Gatorz makes amazing eyewear but their website was not optimized to properly represent their brand. After reviewing their customer journey, I identified a few areas to improve conversion. Majority of their traffic was mobile, yet the site was not truly designed with a mobile first mindset. We had to restructure their product catalog and improve site navigation to from taking 5-6 clicks to 2-3 clicks to get to a product detail page from the home page.
